本生產线由全自行理瓶机、滚筒设备式洗瓶机、灭菌处理变干机、眼蓝药粉装灌设备旋盖机、旋转式贴标签签热泵机组成，可顺利完成理瓶、水、气的家电清洗、干燥及臭氧的危害紫外线消毒、装灌设备、加塞、旋盖、贴标签签等工艺，最主要的应用在眼蓝药粉试述他小残留量硫酸铜溶液的联线生產，也可单人自主运行。仍然不符合GMP规定。This production line consist of  Automatic Bottle Unscrambler,  Bottle Washing Machine, Tunnel Type Sterilization Drier, eyedrop filling machine, Vertical Labeling machine, can complete bottle sorting, water,and gas cleaning, drying and ozone disinfection, filling, plugging, capping, labeling, mainly used in eyedrops and other small doses of solution, also can be used single independently.　 Meet the GMP requirement.
